Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are hand-inspected and prepared by our artisans. Processing time is 3–5 business days before your order ships.

Shipping Time and Carriers

Standard shipping takes 10–15 business days via premium tracked couriers (USPS/FedEx). Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package from our studio to your door.

Order Information

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, carrier transit times, or customs processing. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).

International Orders

For orders shipped outside the United States, any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the order total.

Lost or Damaged in Transit

All shipments are insured and tracked. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at hello@luxurymahjongfactory.com and we will make it right.
