退款政策

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

30-Day Guarantee. If you are not completely enchanted by your AXISIA set, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unplayed condition with all protective films intact.

Restocking Fee. A 10% artisan inspection and restocking fee applies to luxury sets over $300.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at hello@luxurymahjongfactory.com and include your order number. Please note that return items need to be sent to the following address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. We do not accept items sent back to us without first requesting a return.

Damaged and Problem Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items), and gift cards. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Exchanges

The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund.
