Products

Our mahjong sets are handcrafted works. Because each set is made by hand, minor variations in color, grain, and finish are natural and are not considered defects. Product colors and details are shown as accurately as possible, but your screen may display colors slightly differently.

Orders and Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and may be changed at any time. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be the result of pricing errors or suspected fraud. When you place an order, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file for the order total, including applicable taxes and shipping.

Custom and Personalized Orders

Custom and personalized products are made to order and are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in the case of a manufacturing defect. By submitting artwork or a design brief for a custom order, you confirm that you own or hold the rights to the submitted design and that producing it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

All AXISIA designs, product imagery, and content on this website are protected under international copyright law and may not be reproduced, copied, imitated, or resold without our prior written permission.
